Key Development Obstacles
for the Voting management Platform

The main challenge was to develop a robust, scalable web application that facilitates easy access to unbiased insurance information. Another challenge was to create an MVP ASAP and make it scalable from day zero.

Security concerns

IiAS wanted to ensure high-security standards due to the nature of financial and securities data and build trust since IiAS is regulated by SEBI(Securities and Exchange Board of India)

Improve customer experience

IiAS needed a faster and more intuitive user interface that simplifies the research process and voting done by the CIO and Fund managers of different Institutional investors.

Integration with Custodians

We needed to build integrations with custodians of respective institutional investors to manage their holdings and voting output files.

Payment
Integration

IiAS is used to sell the subscription of the platform via offline sales channels. We enabled online payment integration so that users can purchase platform subscriptions or individual reports directly.

Data Synchronization

We needed to sync data from different platforms like MIS, Voting advisory, and voting management platforms in a stateful and error-free manner to avoid duplication and inefficient manual entries

Managing the CMS

We incorporated Strapi CMS to empower the team to manage, edit, and publish content for the IiAS advisory website.

IiAS SMART (Stewardship Management and Reporting Terminal) Platform

We developed the platform for investors to manage their holdings, capture their votes on each resolution, and provide the results to custodians along with timely notifications on upcoming meetings, and voting done.

IiAS Brand Website

We designed and built the website for IiAS which captures details about the company, its upcoming events, its products, blog posts, its tweets, and different research reports that the company publishes on corporate governance, ESG framework, all managed via a Content management system(CMS) built by Pixeldust

ESG Data Pipelines

We designed and built automated data pipelines to read, clean, and transform the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting(BRSR) reports published by 1000+ listed companies in India to understand their data across environmental, Social and Governance parameters and score them individually and sector-wise to understand the ESG trends and performance landscape in India.
